At Corral Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted footwear. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing them in a shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
